Approved annual accounts for 2025

The Board of Directors of AF Gruppen ASA has on March 26, 2026, approved the annual accounts for 2025. Profit before tax was NOK 1,653 million. Tax expense was NOK 365 million and annual profit was NOK 1,289 million.

The Board of Directors will, as previously communicated propose to the General Meeting a dividend payment of NOK 6.50 per share for the first half-year.
