Tietoevry Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 25 March 2026 8.00 a.m. EET

The Annual General Meeting held on 24 March 2026 resolved to distribute a dividend of EUR 0.88 per share in two instalments.

From today, 25 March 2026, the shares in Tieto (Nasdaq Helsinki: TIETO, Nasdaq Stockholm: TIETOS, Oslo Børs: TIETO) will be traded excluding the right to the first instalment of EUR 0.44 per share.
