Aker Solutions ASA: Reporting of transactions made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities

March 20, 2026 - Aker Solutions ASA ("Aker Solutions") has today allocated shares to primary insiders participating in the company's employee share purchase program for 2026.

Reference is made to the stock exchange release published earlier today, March 20, 2026, concerning the employee share purchase program and share allocation. For the March 2026 allocation, shares were sold at a price per share, excluding applicable discount, of NOK 43.3056 which equals the volume-weighted average share price of Aker Solutions on Euronext Oslo Børs from and including March 13, 2026, to and including March 19, 2026.

Under the March 2026 allocation, a total of 346 shares were allocated to Idar Eikrem, Chief Financial Officer. Following the allocation, Eikrem, together with related parties, hold 399,726 shares in Aker Solutions.

Under the March 2026 allocation, a total of 346 shares were allocated to Hilde Karlsen, Employee Elected Director. Following the allocation, Karlsen holds 35,947 shares in Aker Solutions.

Under the March 2026 allocation, a total of 346 shares were allocated to Geir Glømmi, Executive Vice President, Fixed Facility Alliance Projects. Following the allocation, Glømmi holds 25,847 shares in Aker Solutions.

Under the March 2026 allocation, a total of 173 shares were allocated to Thomas Halleraker, Deputy Employee Elected Director. Following the allocation, Halleraker holds 3,208 shares in Aker Solutions.
