(Nedre Vats, 17 October 2025): AutoStore Holdings Ltd. (the "Company" or "AutoStore", OSE: AUTO) has today at 14:00 hours (CEST) held a special general meeting as a digital meeting. The general meeting resolved the election of independent board members and approved remuneration in line with the proposals from the nomination committee.
