Reference is made to the Norwegian Securities Trading Act section 4-2 regarding disclosure of large shareholdings. Following a capital increase in the company, Skovgaard Capital ApS now holds less than 10% of the company’s share capital and voting rights, through a total of 31.836.901 shares in Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA. About the notifier: Skovgaard Capital ApS is indirectly controlled by Jørgen Skovgaard through the following company: JSkov Holding 2015 ApS (CVR-no. 37851574). Neither Jørgen Skovgaard, Skovgaard Capital ApS, JSkov Holding ApS nor any of their affiliates have any further rights to shares or votes in Cloudberry.
