Komplett ASA: Ros-Marie Grusén resigns as CEO of Komplett Group
Oslo, 16 March 2026: Ros-Marie Grusén has decided to step down as CEO of Komplett ASA. The board acknowledges the decision with regret and expresses its appreciation for the effort and commitment demonstrated in the role.
"After an overall assessment, I have decided to resign from my position as CEO. I wish the board, the employees and the business all the best in the future," says Ros-Marie Grusén.
"During 2025, Komplett Group has delivered improved profitability, supported by margin improvement and implemented cost measures, while maintaining a stable financial position with solid liquidity," says Jaan Ivar Semlitsch, chair of the board at Komplett ASA.
The board has appointed Vebjørn Torsetnes as acting CEO. Vebjørn Torsetnes has extensive leadership experience from retail operations and served as CEO of Jernia until today. He has previously led Kremmerhuset, and has additional experience from Tilbords and Norli, among others. He will take up the position 16 March 2026. Ros-Marie Grusén will remain available to the company during the six-month notice period.
"Through well-known brands such as Komplett, NetOnNet and Webhallen, Komplett Group holds a leading position in online sales of consumer electronics in the Nordic region. The group has a competitive cost position and has recently implemented strategic and commercial initiatives which contribute to strengthening long-term competitiveness. I look forward to getting to know the business better and to contributing to a positive development for the group going forward," says acting CEO Vebjørn Torsetnes.
"Following several recent management changes in the company, the most important task for the board moving forward will be to ensure stability. The board has also received whistleblower reports; however, Ros-Marie Grusén's decision to resign is not related to these. The reports concern matters related to working environment, and the board will increase its attention in this area going forward. These matters are being addressed in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulations," says Jaan Ivar Semlitsch.
