Sparebanken Møre - Allocation of equity capial certificates to primary insider

Chief Executive Officer at Sparebanken Møre, Trond Lars Nydal, has today received a total of 1,582 equity capital certificates (MORG) in connection with the decision to award a bonus to the CEO. The bonus is covered by postponement and consist of: 1/5 of bonus for 2023 (3rd allocation) 1/5 of bonus for 2024 (2nd allocation) 1/5 of bonus for 2025 (1st allocation)
