27 February 2026 – Jinhui Shipping and Transportation Limited (the 'Company') announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors has resolved to recommend the payment of a final dividend of US$0.018 per share for the year ended 31 December 2025 and such dividend is subject to the approval by the shareholders at the forthcoming annual general meeting scheduled on 27 May 2026.
