Sparebanken Møre – Mandatory notification of trade

In connection with the banks remuneration programme for senior executives, Sparebanken Møre has transferred 3,692 own equity capital certificates (ECC) at price 113.75 to certain members of the senior executive group, excluding the CEO. After this transaction, the bank owns 162,699 (0,33%) ECC’s.
