SmartCraft ASA (SMCRT) - Termination of share buy-back program announced on 27 August 2025
16 February 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by SmartCraft ASA (the "Company") on 27 August 2025, regarding the re-launch of a share buyback program for a maximum consideration of NOK 35 million to be executed according to the market price on the Oslo Stock Exchange until no later than the day before the Company's Annual General Meeting in 2026.
The Company hereby announces that the above mentioned buy-back program is terminated with immediate effect. Details about the program to and including 13 February 2026 are included below and in the attachment:
