BOUVET - GOOD PROFITABILITY IN A CHALLENGING MARKET

Oslo, 13 February 2026: Bouvet had operating revenues of NOK 998.4 million for the fourth quarter of 2025, compared with NOK 1 026 million in the same period of last year. Operating profit (EBIT) came to NOK 103.4 million, compared with NOK 118.9 million in the fourth quarter of 2024.

The 2025 operating revenues came to NOK 3 912.3 compared with NOK 3 921.4 million last year. For the same period, the operating profit ended at NOK 473.4 million, compared with NOK 490.4 million last year.

"The fourth quarter marks the end of a year characterised by sometimes challenging market conditions. We continued to deliver strong profitability despite weaker-than-desired growth. Against this backdrop, we are proud of the results achieved in 2025 and, not least, of the positive feedback received in this year's employee and client satisfaction surveys," says Per Gunnar Tronsli, CEO of Bouvet ASA. Bouvet's operating costs, including depreciation, came to NOK 895.1 million for the fourth quarter, compared with NOK 907.1 million in the same period of 2024.

The EBIT margin for the fourth quarter of 2025 was 10.4 per cent, compared with 11.6 per cent in the fourth quarter last year.

Net profit came to NOK 71.9 million, compared with NOK 96.4 million for the fourth quarter of 2024. Diluted earnings per share were NOK 0.69 for the quarter, compared with NOK 0.93 in the same period of last year.

The board of directors of Bouvet ASA is proposing a dividend of 3.00 per share for the 2025 financial year, to be distributed in the first half of 2026.
