Golden Energy Offshore Services ASA (GEOS) Announces New Term Contracts

Golden Energy Offshore Services ASA (GEOS) is pleased to announce that it has entered into two new term contracts for two of the PSV's of PX121design vessels with a prestigious international charterer.

The details of the contracts are as follows:

Contract 1: o Vessel: PX121 o Commencement Date: January 2026 o Duration: 120 days + options

Contract 2: o Vessel: PX121 o Commencement Date: December 2025 o Duration: 210 days + options

These contracts, made at market levels for this type of vessel, secure a substantial portion of utilization and add revenues in excess of USD 6 mill to the Company backlog.
