SpareBank 1 Gruppen: Preliminary result 2025

SpareBank 1 Gruppen's consolidated net profit before tax for the 4th quarter and YTD in 2025 were NOK 1.543 (1.237) million and NOK 5.502 (2.904) million, respectively. The majority's share of the consolidated net profit after tax for the 4th quarter and YTD in 2025 were NOK 702 (403) million and NOK 2.391 (1.050) million, respectively.

SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge holds an ownership stake of 19.5% in SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS. SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge's majority share of net profit for the 4th quarter and YTD in 2025 were NOK 137 (79) million and NOK 466 (299 proforma) million, respectively.

Figures in parentheses indicate the amounts for the corresponding period in 2024.
