SpareBank 1 Gruppen – preliminary result 2025

SpareBank 1 Gruppen's consolidated net profit before tax for the 4th quarter and YTD in 2025 were NOK 1.543 (1.237) million and NOK 5.502 (2.904) million, respectively. The majority's share of the consolidated net profit after tax for the 4th quarter and YTD in 2025 were NOK 702 (403) million and NOK 2.391 (1.050) million, respectively.

SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge holds a direct ownership stake of 19,5 % in SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS. SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge's share of SpareBank 1 Gruppen's net profit after tax for the 4th quarter was NOK 137 (79) million. SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge's majority share of net profit YTD was NOK 466 (205) million.

Figures in parentheses indicate the amounts for the corresponding period in 2024.
