Fjord Defence Group ASA – New share capital registered

Oslo, 3 February 2026

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Fjord Defence Group ASA (the "Company") on 23 January 2026 regarding the final results of the subsequent offering comprising the issuance of a total of 2,083,333 new shares in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 12.00 per share (the "Subsequent Offering").

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of shares in the Subsequent Offering has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises:

- Share capital (new): NOK 477,665,252.40

- Total number of shares (new): 56,864,911 shares

- Par value of each share: NOK 8.40

The new shares will be issued in the Norwegian Central Securities Depository, Euronext Securities Oslo ("VPS"), on the Company's listed ISIN (NO 001 3647693) and are expected to be delivered to the applicants' respective VPS accounts on or about 4 February 2026.
