Nykode Therapeutics ASA - Minutes of Extraordinary General Meeting

Oslo, Norway, January 21, 2026 - An Extraordinary General Meeting of Nykode Therapeutics ASA was held on January 21, 2026. All proposed resolutions on the agenda were approved in accordance with the notice for the meeting published on December 18, 2025. Minutes of the meeting are attached hereto.

About Nykode Therapeutics Nykode Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the discovery and development of novel immunotherapies with a focus on the treatment of cancer and autoimmune diseases.
