Update

Hynion AS have been informed by our legal counterparty in Sweden, that they would like us to reschedule or previously announced board meeting scheduled for Thursday 15. January at 18:00 CET. Hynion AS have complied with this request and scheduled a new board meeting for Sunday 18. January at 18:00 CET, which is a finite deadline. The company will revert to the market in due course on whether a holistic restructuring is feasible, or whether the company will file for bankruptcy.
