Zalaris wins Nav to modernise payroll and HR for 24,000 people
Five-year agreement, extendable up to ten years; full rollout planned by 1 September 2027
Zalaris has entered into an agreement with Nav, the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration, to deliver a new SaaS payroll and HR solution serving approximately 24,000 people across Nav, including state, municipal and external employees.
The agreement covers a Zalaris PeopleHub based solution for transactional HR, including public-sector payroll, time and absence, sick-leave follow-up, travel and expense, and an alumni portal. The solution will be integrated with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (HR master data) and Onboarding.
The agreement has an initial term of five years and may be extended to a total duration of ten years from the signing date. Go-live with the full population scheduled by 1 September 2027.
