Pexip increases Q4 2025 ARR outlook

Oslo, Norway, December 4, 2025 - Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or "The Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: PEXIP), has received a couple of larger orders which were not fully taken into account in the Company's previously communicated outlook. The Company is increasing its ARR outlook for Q4 2025 to USD 129-131 million (previously USD 124-127 million). The additional ARR mainly falls into the Connected Spaces business area with full revenue effect from 2026.

The Company’s medium-term ambition is to deliver Rule of 40 performance across ARR growth and EBITDA margin.
