· 95% load factor across network and ACMI/Charter operations (89%) · 95% load factor in own scheduled network (89%) · 459 flights in own scheduled network (484) · 66 ACMI/charter flights operated (29) · 161,568 passengers transported (146,688) across network and ACMI/charter operations, up 10% YoY · 74% of the flights departed within 15 minutes of their scheduled departure time (81%) · On-time performance continues to be negatively impacted by Air Traffic Control (ATC) delays and airport congestions

Bjørn Tore Larsen, CEO, Founder and major shareholder of Norse Atlantic, comments:

"We continue to demonstrate the resilience of our business model and our ability to match capacity with demand by steadily delivering load factors well above 90%.  This is further validated by double-digit year-on-year passenger growth as we steadily increase our ACMI operations according to plan. With this foundation, Norse is well placed to deliver on our long- term strategy."
