Please find below information of transactions made under the Equity Certificate buy-back programme for Sparebanken Møre:

Announcement day of the buy-back programme: 30 October 2025 Duration of the buy-back programme: 31 October 2025 – 21 November 2025

From 17 November 2025 to, and including 21 Novebmer 2025 Sparebanken Møre has purchased a total of 23,400 own Equity Certificates (EC) at an average price of NOK 101.1165 per EC. Sparebanken Møre owns a total of 231,141 own ECs, corresponding to 0.46% of total EC capital.
