The Norwegian Ministry of Health and Care Services Selects Ayfie AI Solutions

The Ministry has awarded a tender for a standardized, cloud-based AI solution to Deloitte, with Ayfie Business Agent delivering the core technology.

The tender required a solution capable of processing large document volumes and generating answers from their content, with built-in translation, speech-to-text transcription, and the ability to handle special categories of personal data and other information exempt from public disclosure.

Health and Care Services employees will have access to Ayfie, enabling the use of multiple language models and secure interaction with internal data. The ministry aims to raise staff efficiency and enhance its knowledge base through a user-friendly interface requiring minimal training.

The agreement runs for 12 months and may be renewed. Ayfie’s projected annual revenue from the contract is NOK 360,000.
