Hans-Petter Mellerud, CEO of Zalaris ASA, has on 20 November transferred 25,365 shares in the company to related party, Lisa Theres Eloranta-Mellerud. After the transaction Hans-Petter Mellerud controls 2,891,482 (13,06%) of the outstanding shares in Zalaris ASA through his 100% owned investment company Norwegian Retail AS.
