Volare Shipping Ltd.: New share capital registered

4 November 2026: Reference is made to the announcement by Volare Shipping Ltd. ("Volare" or the "Company") on 3 November 2026 regarding the end of the stabilisation period and partial exercise of the greenshoe option related thereto.

The new shares resulting from the greenshoe exercise have now been issued and duly registered. The Company's new issued and paid-up share capital is USD 747,703,408.88866, comprising 73,738,539 ordinary shares, with no par value.
