Bruton Limited (BRUT) - Mandatory Notification of Trade by PDMRs in connection with completion of the merger with International Seaways, Inc.

Hamilton, Bermuda, 2 November 2026 Reference is made to the announcement by Bruton limited (the "Company") dated 2 November 2026 regarding the completion of the agreement to merge with International Seaways, Inc. ("INSW"). The following persons have exchanged shares or share options for a share in the Company (the "Options") in connection with completion of the merger: Bjørn Isaksen, chair of the Board, has entered into an agreement to exchange his 100,000 Options for 4,601 shares in INSW. Freng Invest AS, a company controlled by Bjørn Isaksen, has exchanged 128 shares in the Company in connection with the completion of the merger. Patrick Schorn, Director, has entered into an agreement to exchange his 100,000 Options for 4,601 shares in INSW. Mi Hong Yoon, Director, has entered into an agreement to exchange her 25,000 Options for 1,150 shares in INSW. Lars Christian Svensen, Interim CEO, has entered into an agreement to exchange his 100,000 Options for 4,601 shares in INSW and exchanged his 27,500 shares in the Company in connection with the completion of the merger. Vidar Hasund, Contracted CFO, has entered into an agreement to exchange his 50,000 Options for 2,300 shares in INSW and exchanged his 87,650 shares in the Company in connection with the completion of the merger. Jens Martin Jensen, Director, has entered into an agreement to exchange his 100,000 Options for 3,811 shares in INSW. Christian Ness, Director, have entered into an agreement to exchange his 100,000 Options for 3,811 shares in INSW. NRP Aksjer AS, a related party of Christian Ness, has exchanged 77,000 shares in the Company in connection with the completion of the merger. Following the completion of the transactions described herein, none of Bjørn Isaksen, Patrick Schorn, Mi Hong Yoon, Lars Christian Svensen, Vidar Hasund, Jens Martin Jensen and Christian Ness (including any related party or affiliated of any of these) hold any shares in the Company.
