Techstep ASA - Mandatory notification of trade - Subscriptions from primary insiders and close associates

Techstep ASA (the "Company") has been notified of the following subscriptions in the rights issue (the "Rights Issue") made on 30 October 2026 by primary insiders of the Company and their close associates:

- Morten Meier, CEO: 143,405 shares (of which 143,405 oversubscribed) - Karbon Invest AS (a company controlled by Jens Rugseth, primary insider and board member of the Company): 37,000,000 shares (of which 20,943,039 oversubscribed) - Datum AS (a company closely associated with Harald Arnet, primary insider and board member of the Company): 19,062,582 shares - Datum Vekst AS (a company closely associated with Harald Arnet, primary insider and board member of the Company): 605,874 shares - Hermia AS (a company closely associated with Harald Arnet, primary insider and board member of the Company): 200,000 shares (of which 18,051 oversubscribed)

Oversubscription does not guarantee allocation of shares in the Rights Issue. However, members of the Company's management who have oversubscribed based on subscription rights will be given priority allocation for such oversubscription, limited to NOK 1,000,000 per member of management, if the Rights Issue is not fully subscribed for on the basis of subscription rights.
