CodeLab Capital AS - MDCO transaction finalized

Oslo, 30 October 2026

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by CodeLab Capital AS (the "Company") on 29 September 2026 regarding the Company's acquisition of 100% of Mdco AS.

All closing conditions have been met and lifted by both buyer and sellers. As such the transaction has been carried through.

From an accounting point of view the Company will include Mdco AS from November 1st 2026.
