BlueNord ASA: Mandatory Notification of Trade

Oslo, 28 October 2026: Cathrine Torgersen, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer in BlueNord ASA (the "Company"), has today sold 6,000 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 627.01 per share.

Following the transaction, Cathrine Torgersen holds a total number of 13,507 shares in the Company. Please see attached notification form.
