StrongPoint ASA: Third Quarter 2026

28. October 2026 kl. 07:01

28.10.2026 07:00:08 CET | StrongPoint | Half year financial report

(Oslo, 28 October 2026) StrongPoint ASA reported revenues of NOK 364 million (320) in the third quarter and NOK 1,049 million (1,017) YTD 2026. The EBITDA was NOK 18 million (14) in the quarter, and NOK 32 million (31) YTD 2026

"In our third quarter of 2026 we grew our revenues with a healthy 14% to 364 MNOK. Recurring revenue declined by 4% to 365 MNOK p.a. on a twelve month basis, principally driven by the absence of earlier recurring revenue contribution from our former Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) partner. Gross profit was up 6 MNOK to 150 MNOK. EBITDA for the quarter ended at 18 MNOK, up 4 MNOK compared to same quarter last year," says Jacob Tveraabak, Chief Executive Officer of StrongPoint.

StrongPoint reported revenues of NOK 364 million (320) in the third quarter of 2026 and an EBITDA of NOK 18 million (14). The third quarter EBIT was NOK 8 million and EBT was NOK -3 million. The net profit after tax ended at NOK -2 million in the quarter. Cash flow from operating activities was NOK -19 million.

"Recurring revenue on a 12-month rolling basis declined 4% to 365 MNOK. The decline is primarily due to our termination of the partnership agreement with our former ESL partner, which came into full effect at the start of 2026. As communicated previously, we are focusing on building a recurring revenue base with our new partner Vusion. Whereas it will take time to build a recurring revenue stream with Vusion, we are confident that the potential is significantly larger than ever before," Tveraabak continues.

"We were very proud to announce our first US grocery retailer as a customer of our Order Picking solution: Meijer, a major regional grocery retail chain in the US, covering six states in the Midwest. It is a highly reputable and respected grocery retail chain, running more than 500 grocery supercenters and grocery stores with a USD 22 billion turnover, and a mature grocery e-commerce business. Whereas we deliver a solid quarter, our path to sustained and robust profitability will have its ups and downs, not least in the short-term. Hence, we will continue to drive internal efficiency and right-sizing our cost base. For the medium and long term, the general expectation for retailers to invest more in technology in the future is positive for us," Tveraabak concludes.

StrongPoint will host an in-person and streamed presentation of the third quarter results at 07:00 CET followed by a Q&A session at 11:00 CET 28 October 2026. Questions can be submitted online during the Q&A or via email at: investor@strongpoint.com.
