JPMorgan Chase & Co. ("JPMC ") has a notifiable interest in the share capital of 3030 DVD AS as a result of trades by its subsidiary J.P. Morgan Securities PLC. The total number of shares held by JPMC on 22 October was 4,678,912 being 5,004% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the company. The holding in JPMC crossed a notification threshold of 5% on 22 October 2026.
