TOMRA: Mandatory notification of trade
As part of TOMRA's share purchase program for employees, TOMRA has sold 17,628 treasury shares to employees at a price equal to the closing market share price on Wednesday 5 November, i.e. NOK 120.30. Employees who keep their shares for one year will receive one share per five shares invested.
After these transactions TOMRA holds 644,318 treasury shares.
In connection with the share purchase program, the following PDMR transactions have been made:
