Fremtind Holding Group - Results for the 3rd quarter 2026 and year-to-date 2026

SpareBank 1 Østlandet has an ownership interest of 12.4 % in SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS, which in turn owns 51.44% of Fremtind Holding AS. The Fremtind Holding Group reported a profit before tax of NOK 4,580 million for the nine months ending 30 September 2026, compared with NOK 3,492 million in the corresponding period of 2025. Profit after tax was NOK 3,506 million, compared with NOK 2,618 million in the previous year. For the third quarter, profit before tax was NOK 1,692 million, compared with NOK 1,503 million in the third quarter of 2025. Profit after tax was NOK 1,253 million, compared with NOK 1,161 million in the previous year.

SpareBank 1 Østlandet's share of the Fremtind Holding Group's profit before tax for the nine months ended 30 September 2026 was NOK 292 million, compared with NOK 223 million in the corresponding period of 2025.
