Aker BioMarine: Last day of trading

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 30 September 2026 relating to key dates for completion of the merger between Aker BioMarine and Aker Capital NewCo AS, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Aker ASA. The last day of trading in and listing of the Aker BioMarine shares will be today.
