Nordic Mining ASA: Barton has terminated the Offtake Agreement with ERG

Oslo, 30 September 2026. Reference is made to the offtake agreement dated 12 January 2023 (as amended from time to time) (the "Offtake Agreement") between Barton Mines Company, LLC ("Barton") and Engebø Rutile and Garnet AS ("ERG"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Nordic Mining ASA (the "Company").

Barton has today terminated the Offtake Agreement. The Company is of the view that the termination is without merit and will take such steps as it deems necessary to protect the interests of the Company and ERG. The Company expects to remain in dialogue with Barton going forward with a view to negotiate and agree a potential new offtake arrangement.

The Company will keep the market informed of further developments as required by applicable disclosure obligations.
