Final assessment of COOL test data

Reference is made to the company's announcement of 7 September 2026 in which a test program was executed together with SINTEF for the OGL subsidiary COOL's cooling technology. SINTEF has today completed a comprehensive report with assessments of the test data and SINTEF's conclusions of the COOL technology, developed by the company founder, Hans Gude Gudesen. The abstract from the reference is verified in the final report from SINTEF. By using only the customer's own waste heat to generate cooling, it is expected to reduce the power consumption of e.g. AI data centres substantially in the future. The company’s next step is to identify a suitable partner and customer to build a demonstration unit of the cooling technology and validate its scalability.
