Vow ASA - Update on the refinancing process
Oslo, 29 September 2026: Vow ASA (“Vow” or the “Company”) continues its constructive discussions with DNB regarding the refinancing of the loan facilities maturing in August 2027. To ensure adequate time for completing the process, the parties have agreed to undertake the refinancing in two phases. The first phase has now been completed, resulting in an extension of the existing loan facilities to 31 December 2027 and a waiver of certain covenant requirements as of 30 September 2026. No other changes have been made to the terms of the facilities. The second phase is expected to be completed during Q4 2026 and will address the longer-term financing structure and related amendments to the financing agreements, including reviewing covenant structure.
