ABG - Notification of trade

With reference to the stock exchange notice published earlier today announcing the appointment of Sverre Tyrhaug as the new CEO of ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA ("ABGSC"), and the announced intention to purchase 1,000,000 shares in the market, ABGSC confirms that the transaction has now been completed.

Sverre Tyrhaug, through his wholly owned company Weatea AS, has today purchased 1,000,000 ABG shares at a price of NOK 7.3489 per share.

Following the transaction, Sverre Tyrhaug and Weatea AS together hold 1,000,000 ABG shares.

Sverre Tyrhaug is currently not considered a primary insider in the ABG share, and this notification is therefore provided for information purposes only.
