2020 Bulkers Ltd. (2020): Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of 24 September 2026 announcing the completion of a private placement (the "Private Placement") with gross proceeds of USD 175 million at USD 0,299 (the "Offer Price") per share.

The following persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") in 2020 Bulkers Ltd. have applied for and been allocated shares in the Private Placement:

Vidar Hasund, Chief Financial Officer of 2020 Bulkers Ltd., has been allocated 2 129 675 shares at the Offer Price. Assuming completion of the Private Placement, Vidar Hasund will own 2 174 675 in 2020 Bulkers Ltd.

Lars-Christian Svensen, Chief Executive Officer of 2020 Bulkers Ltd., has been allocated 212 965 shares at the Offer Price. Assuming completion of the Private Placement, Lars Christian Svensen will own 217 665 shares in 2020 Bulkers Ltd.
