Nordic Mining ASA: Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

Shareholders in Nordic Mining ASA (the "Company") (OSE ticker: NOM) are invited to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 13 October 2026 at 15:00 (Oslo time). The general meeting will be held as a virtual meeting, where shareholders will be able to participate electronically via PC, phone or tablet.
Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcements regarding the Company's production ramp-up, liquidity and regulatory status. A comprehensive financial restructuring of the Company and its subsidiaries is required (the "Restructuring"). The contemplated Restructuring is intended to attract new capital and establish a long-term sustainable financial platform, enabling the Nordic Mining group to complete the ramp-up of the Engebø project. For further details regarding the contemplated Restructuring, please refer to the board's proposed resolutions for the extraordinary general meeting.
