Sparebanken Møre: Successful new senior unsecured bond issuance
Sparebanken Møre (Rated A1/Stable by Moody's) has today issued a new senior unsecured bond (MREL eligble) with NOK 1,500 million. Cupon set to 3 months NIBOR + 32bp. Duration 3 years. The bond will be applied for listing on Nordic ABM and the settlement date will be 11th September 2026. DNB Carnegie and Nordea acted as join arrangers for the bond issue.
