SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA: Norwegian Competition Authority Approves the sale of Forretningspartner

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 5 August 2026.

The Norwegian Competition Authority has unconditionally approved SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA's agreement to sell SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge Forretningspartner AS to a company controlled by ECIT AS.

The transaction is expected to be completed during September, subject to the terms and conditions previously communicated.
