Shareholder Disclosure Notification

In accordance with Section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act, Inven2 AS ("Inven2") hereby notifies that its ownership interest in Zelluna ASA ("Zelluna") has fallen below the 5% threshold following the sale of 265 100 shares in Zelluna today, September 3rd 2026.

Following the transaction, Inven2 holds 1 467 239 shares, corresponding to 4,9 % of the shares and votes in Zelluna.

This notification is made pursuant to Section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and the Euronext Oslo Rule Book II – Issuer Rules.
