Finance Interims ToDo AS, a close associate of CFO and primary insider Øyvind Mølmann, has today, 31 August 2026, purchased 10,000 shares in Fjord Defence Group ASA at an average price of NOK 15.20 per share. Following the transaction, Øyvind Mølmann owns a total of 150,000 shares in Fjord Defence Group ASA through Finance Interims ToDo AS.
