Ensurge Micropower Appoints Bryce Dille as CFO, Completing Strategic Executive Transformation
Oslo, Norway, 25 August 2026
Ensurge Micropower ASA (OSE: ENSU), a pioneer in solid-state microbatteries, today announced the strategic appointment of Bryce Dille, CFA, as its new Chief Financial Officer. The appointment marks the final milestone in Ensurge’s leadership transformation initiated during its February 2026 transition to a product-led company.
Bringing a rare dual background as a battery research scientist and a top Wall Street professional, Bryce Dille joins Ensurge’s newly transformed executive roster to accelerate its capital strategy, expand institutional investor engagement, and propel the Company into its next phase of commercial growth.
Bryce Dille’s nearly 30-year career spans the full spectrum of energy technology and corporate finance, from researching advanced lithium-ion battery chemistry to executing over $500 million in private and public capital raises. Most recently as CFO at Lygos, Inc., he secured a $160 million Series C investment led by a premier sovereign wealth fund and directed the strategic sale of the company. His combined domain expertise aligns complex technical milestones with institutional capital strategies, commercial scaling and strategic M&A.
“Bryce brings a unique blend of battery technical knowledge and proven capital markets deal-making capabilities,” said Shauna McIntyre, CEO of Ensurge. “His appointment completes the Company’s leadership transformation that began with our shift to a product-led model in February 2026. Our executive team now consists entirely of world-class talent with direct subject matter expertise and hands-on operational experience. With this major element of our evolution complete, Bryce’s guidance will be a powerful catalyst as we pursue capital growth and scale commercially.”
Bryce Dille began his career as a Staff Scientist at EIC Laboratories, leading Department of Energy and Department of Defense-funded research into lithium-ion battery polymers and thin-film technologies. He then transitioned to Wall Street as Vice President and Senior Cleantech Analyst at JMP Securities, leading coverage on energy storage, before serving as a hedge fund Portfolio Manager at Savitr Capital.
“Ensurge is sitting at the epicenter of a massive technology shift, with its small, flexible solid-state microbatteries positioned to power the next generation of form-factor-constrained devices such as wearable devices, hearables, industrial and defense electronics and connected IoT applications,” said Bryce Dille. “Shauna and the team have assembled an elite leadership group and a remarkable technological foundation. I am thrilled to join the team at this pivotal juncture to accelerate our capital markets strategy and unlock significant long-term value for our shareholders.”
Bryce Dille holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Carleton College and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
