First half and second quarter results and financials for 2026 for Medistim ASA

Another strong quarter for sales revenues with 19.5 % growth, ending at MNOK 202.0 (MNOK 169.1). Record sales revenue for the first half with 15.1 % growth, ending at MNOK 403.7 (MNOK 350.6).

Currency neutral sales of own products were up 33.6 % for the quarter and 31.8 % for the first half.

Strong currency neutral growth in all regions for the quarter; AMERICAS up 46.3 %, APAC up 22.4 % and EMEA up 19.4%.

Third-party distributor sales in Scandinavia decreased 7 % in the quarter and 19.9 % in the first half.

Operating profit (EBIT) grew by 20.6 % for the quarter and ended at MNOK 65.3, resulting in 32.3 % EBIT margin MNOK 54.1, 32.0 % margin). First half operating profit grew 8.0 % ending at a record MNOK 122.4, and 30.3 % EBIT margin (MNOK 113.3, 32.3 % margin).

The share of recurring sales remained high and ended at 67.0 % for the first half (66.8 % for the same period last year).

Medistim announced the establishment of a direct sales operation in Japan, effective from March 16, 2026.

Solid cash position at quarter end with MNOK 100.2 after paying a dividend of NOK 8.00 per share (NOK 6.0), total MNOK 146.3 in May (MNOK 109.4). No interest-bearing bank loans.

The Board will propose that the General Meeting authorize the distribution of quarterly dividends.
