Construction of 88 apartments in Bergen

LAB Entreprenør, a company in AF Gruppen, has entered into an agreement for the construction of 88 new apartments at Wergeland in Bergen. The agreement has been entered into with Nyhaugen AS on behalf of LAB Eiendom and Wergeland Boligutvikling. The contract is a turnkey contract valued at approximately NOK 390 million, excluding VAT.

The project comprises the construction of 88 apartments across six residential buildings, together with an underground parking garage and associated landscaping works. In addition, new pavements will be established along the surrounding streets.

Construction is expected to commence in autumn 2026, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028. The project is subject to a satisfactory level of pre-sales before construction can begin.
