Saga Pure ASA: Acquisition of own shares

(Oslo, Norway, 2 July 2026)

Saga Pure ASA (SAGA) (the "Company") has today acquired 260,756 own shares in the market at NOK 1.60, under the authorization to acquire own shares granted by the annual general meeting on 26 May 2026. Following the acquisition, the Company owns 31,790,505 shares, corresponding to 4.71 % of the Company's share capital.
