Reference is made to the disclosure made by Buntel AB on 23 June 2026 regarding the acquisition of 6,703,291 shares in NEXT Biometrics Group ASA (the “Company”), corresponding to 10.81% of the outstanding shares and votes in the Company.

Following a divestment of 6,703,291 shares in the Company on 29 June 2026 through an of market transaction, Buntel AB now owns 0 shares in the Company, corresponding to 0 % of the outstanding shares and votes in the Company, thereby falling below the 10% disclosure threshold.

This disclosure is made pursuant to sections 4-2 and 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
