Hexagon Composites ASA: Disclosure of large shareholding

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published on 22 June 2026 regarding the final results of the subsequent offering in Hexagon Composites ASA (the "Company").

Following the issuance of the 12,691,260 offer shares in the subsequent offering, Mitsui & Co., Ltd ("Mitsui") will own a total of 33,229,096 shares in the Company, representing 9.963% of the Company's voting rights and shares. Mitsui will consequently fall below the 10% reportable threshold of the share capital and voting rights in the Company once the new share capital has been registered.
