Major Shareholding Disclosure

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by NEXT Biometrics Group ASA (the “Company”) on 10 June 2026 regarding the final results of the rights issue of 41,000,000 new shares in the Company (the “Rights Issue”).

Following the acquisition of 6,703,291 shares in the Company through the exercise of a put option agreement relating to rump shares allocated to an underwriter in the Rights Issue, Buntel AB owns a total of 6,703,291 shares in the Company, corresponding to 10.81% of the outstanding shares and votes in the Company, thereby crossing the 10% disclosure threshold.

This disclosure is made pursuant to sections 4-2 and 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
